Instructions

Step 1
Put yogurt in a mixing bowl.

Add chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to bowl and mix ingredients together throughly.

Step 3
Peel bananas and place in the bowl with the mixture. Using the spoon press down on the bananas to mash them up a bit or use the spoon to chop them into small chunks.

Mix ingredients together until the consistency of the yogurt is to your liking. Add more of any ingredient to perfect the taste.
Step 5
Place into yogurt cups/bowls or jars and place in the fridge for 15+ minutes before serving to chill evenly.

Serve as is or add granola or crushed graham crackers as a toping.
