peeled and chopped into large pieces
2sweet potato
chopped
oil
2 springsfresh thyme
2oranges
chopped
spinach
arugula
30gwalnut
toasted in a pan
1 packettempeh
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sweet potato and beets with olive oil and thyme. Bake at 400F for 25 or stir fry until they’re cooked.
Step 2
Steam/ boil the tempeh before stir frying until sides are golden.
Step 3
Mix salad dressing ingredients and set it aside.
Step 4
Once all ingredients are all cooked then mix everything in boil and enjoy.
