2.8 lbsChuck Roast
1 packetau jus sauce
1 packetRanch Dry Seasoning
¼ cupSweet Pepperonchinis
diced
0.25 CupSweet Pepperonchini juice
½ cuplow sodium beef broth
2 TablespoonWorcester shire Sauce
½ cupunsalted butter
1yellow onion
small
2 TBSPgarlic
miced
2garlic cloves
whole and crush
Instructions
Step 1
Prep the roast by Searing all sides of the roast.
Step 2
After searing the roast put the meat into your Crock Pot
Step 3
Chop up the onion into large chuck and add to the crockpot
Step 4
Now add the minced garlic and whole cloves,worstershire sauce,beef broth,Pepperonchinis and juice and both packets of seasoning to the crockpot
Step 5
Thick slice cut your unsalted butter into chunks and lay on top of everything in the crock pot
Step 6
You are gonna cook on LOW for 6 hours in the crock pot
Step 7
Serve with sides and ENJOY!
