Instructions
Step 1
First of all let’s make the caramel.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat add water and then the sugar, bring to a simmer and let your mixture bubble for about 20-25 minutes or until you have a nice and thick caramel! The secret is to NEVER stir and when I say never, I mean NEVER!
Step 3
Pour your caramel in a 20cm bundt pan maxing sure your spread it well on the edges of the pan.
Step 4
In a blender, add bread with milk, eggs and condensed milk and mix everything for a minute or until smooth.
Step 5
Pour your mixture into your Bundt pan, cover with aluminium foil and add it in a large and shallow pot. Carefully pour some hot water in the pot until it is half full, cover with a lid and cook your pudding for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully remove the pan from the pot, flip it on a serving place and enjoy. Buon appetito!
