Instructions

Step 1
In the bowl of your mixer, pour the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar (or liquid vanilla essence), and baking powder, then mix on low speed for a few seconds.

Then add the eggs and mix once more on low speed.
Step 3
Next, add the melted butter and mix one last time until the dough forms a ball.
Step 4
Form small balls the size of a strawberry, then place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C degrees for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Dip the cookies while they are still hot into 700g of warm apricot jam mixed with 2 tbsp of orange blossom water.
Step 7
Let them sit for about 5 minutes, then drain them and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Step 8
It's ready! You can keep them for several days in an airtight container. Personally, I find they taste better the next day :) but you can enjoy them on the same day too!
