Instructions

Step 1
Mix the sugar with the zest of the oranges

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

Add the diced butter and rub it into the mixture using your fingertips

Mix the greek yogurt, the egg and the orange juice before pouring them into the mixture
Step 5
Divide the dough into 9 pieces and freeze for 20min
Step 6
Preheat oven at 200°C
Step 7
Brush the scones with some milk
Step 8
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 200°C
Step 9
Let it cool for about 10min before serving
