Crispy Chicken Ceaser Salad

Ingredients
2 servings
0.5Lettuce
500gFrozen chicken pieces
crispy
Ceasar sauce
to taste
0.5Bell pepper
3 slicesHalloumi
1cm thick
100gCroutons
cayenne pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a bed of lettuce in a bowl
Step 2
Start cooking the crispy chicken pieces in accordance with the package instructions
Step 3
Whilst the chicken is cooking, slice the pepper and remaining lettuce into thin strips and slice the halloumi to your desired thickness.
Step 4
In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce and pepper strips along with the croutons and ceasar sauce until coated. Add some cayenne pepper or chilli powder here if you like.
Step 5
When the chicken has almost finished cooking, grill the halloumi if desired, then chop into small cubes.
Step 6
Take the cooked chicken and halloumi. Toss together with the other ingredients and serve immediately on your prepared lettuce beds whilst the chicken and halloumi are still hot.
Step 7
Drizzle additional ceasar sauce overtop for some extra flavour!
