Pasta (cooked according to package directions

Pulse spinach in a food processor to coarsely chop. Add soup, ricotta, Balsamic Vinegar and red pepper; pulse 2-3 times to combine. Pour into a large skillet and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Thin with hot blanching water if desired. Add Meatballs and mushrooms; simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta. Season with salt to taste. Top with grated Parmesa.
