Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven for biscuits and set them out on the pan. Dice carrots and blanch them for 2 minutes. Take peas and corn out of the freezer.
Step 2
Simmer chicken broth and boullion until dissolved.
Step 3
Add butter to the pan and melt. Add onion and 1/2 tsp salt, cook on medium low until onion is softened.
Step 4
Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, about 1 min.
Step 5
Add bouillon/broth mix to onions. Stir for 1 min to thicken.
Step 6
At this point, put your biscuits in the oven.
Step 7
Add cream and parsley.
Step 8
Add cubed chicken and veggies. Cook until everything is warmed up.
Step 9
Serve by pouring the filling on a plate/bowl amd putting a biscuit on each.
