Gluten Free Bread (Bob's Red Mill GF all-purpose flour)

The type of GF flour one uses can alter recipes significantly. This one uses Bob's Red Mill all-purpose GF flour. Sadly, results can't be guaranteed if another brand of flour is used. This recipe is a modified version of the recipe on the Bob's Red Mill website.

Instructions
Step 1
Grease a 9 x 5-inch bread pan OR line it with Parment paper.
Step 2
Combine and mix all the dry ingredients including yeast in a large bowl.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons milk, oil and eggs. Use hand mixer until slightly frothy.
Step 4
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Beat the batter until smooth.
Step 5
Pour batter into bread pan and smooth out top.
Step 6
Cover the loaf with plastic wrap or a clean dish towel and let rise for one hour.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 375°F when the batter has approximately 5-10min left to rise.
Step 8
Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes. Cover with foil halfway through if the crust is beginning to over-brown.
Step 9
Cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan and let rest on a rack until cool enough to eat.
