Instructions
Step 1
1. Turn on medium-high heat on a small burner
Step 2
2. Put a circled layer of canola oil in half the diameter of the pot and swish it around to the rest of the bottom of the pot
Step 3
3. Fill the full bottom single layer of the pot with kernels
Step 4
4. Cover the pot and wait till you hear the first pop, then starting slowly shaking the pot around
Step 5
5. Once the pop interval slows down, turn off heat
Step 6
6. Transfer the popcorn into a bowl
Step 7
7. Put 2 layers of sea salt on the top and bottom of the popcorn, shake around to mix
Step 8
8. Put 2 layers of malt/fish&chip vinegar on top and bottom, shake around and mix after each layer
Step 9
9. Put an additional layer of sea salt and shake until it’s all evened out
