1 pkgYogoumet Starter Fermento

Instructions

Step 1
Heat milk to 180F or bring to a broil. Let it cool down to 108 - 112F.

Dissolve starter fermento in a small amount of cooled milk in a cup. Pour into the milk and mix well.

Step 3
Put milk in an instant pot and incubate 4 to 5 hours or until yogurt reaches desire firmness.
Step 4
Refrigerator for 8 hours to stop incubation.
