Step 1
•Place butter or olive oil and large skillet over medium heat. • when the olive oil is shimmering or the butter is brown or melted, add the sage and cook until crispy, add salt and pepper and chili flakes, • gently lay the ravioli in a single layer in the frying pan for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn over. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. • remove from skillet and plate top with sage and any remaining sauce.
