Instructions
Step 1
Set a large strainer over a bowl then place a Muslin cloth on the strainer . Pour the kefir into the cloth then cover it over and let the why’s separate for about 20 minutes

Step 2
When the whey isn’t dripping anymore gently squeeze the cloth and tie it with a string firmly . Tie it on to a door or cupboard and let it sit over the bowl and hang down for about 3 hours . This will firm it up nicely . ( note use the whey for pancakes smoothies or breads as it’s rich in probiotics )
Step 3
Once done add to a bowl with the garlic and herbs salt and pepper to taste and give it a good mix. Store in a sterilized sealed container in the fridge for up to two weeks .
