Instructions

Step 1
Crush cloves of garlic with some salt
Step 2
Add tahini and lemon juice and mix properly. It should clump up and solidify the paste
Step 3
Add water and mix until it is smooth again
Step 4
Refrigerate for a few hours and it should turn lighter and fluffier. Add more water if needed and use on salads and sandwiches etc
