Instructions

Step 1
Mix spices and ground pork together in pan and brown.
Step 2
Grease 12 ct muffin pan with coconut oil
Step 3
Scramble eggs in bowl and salt and pepper to taste

Add cooked sausage evenly to muffin pan about Tbsp each
Step 5
Add eggs to muffin pan about .25 cup each leave room for eggs to rise.

Add 1Tbsp Mozzarella and 1 tsp Parmesan to each cup

Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
