Instructions
Step 1
Peel and crush garlic clove.
Step 2
Cook peas in large pan of boiling, salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer peas into bowl with slotted spoon and leave boiling water and add pasta.
Step 4
Meanwhile, put peas and all ingredients except red pepper flakes in blender until smooth. Season to taste.
Step 5
Drain pasta and reserve some cooking water.
Step 6
Place pasta and blended sauce in pan and add remaining water to thicken sauce.
Step 7
Scatter red pepper flakes and season to taste.
