Set the oven to 390F/ 200C

Slice the potato into wedges, add to a sheet pan with half the amount of oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
ALTERNATIVE: pop into air fryer (lightly oiled and seasoned if desired) at 400F for 20 minutes; toss around 10 minutes in for even crisp
Step 3
Slice the leek and mix with the ground turkey, season with salt and optional spices like paprika powder and ground cumin
Step 4
Form to 2-4 patties, fry in half the amount of oil on medium-high heat in a non-stick frying pan until golden
Step 5
Serve with yogurt and fresh herbs
