Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate. Itβs is important to use dark chocolate as otherwise the mousse will be runny.
Step 2
Beat the aquafaba with an electric mixer until stiff. It will take on the same consistency as stiffly beaten egg whites
Step 3
Add the powdered sugar and mix for another minute. The consistency will become even stiffer.
Step 4
Now pure in the chocolate and mix on low level. Make sure that the chocolate is not too hot.
Step 5
Pure the mousse into 4 small jars.
Step 6
You can eat the mousse right away or let it sit in the fridge for minimum one hour. The consistency will become fluffier. Enjoy!
