Instructions

Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until fully combined and set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2
2. After 15 minutes, give it a quick stir and set aside for another 15 minutes. NOTE: If the Chia Seeds aren't beginning to gel after 10 minutes they may be "duds" or old. Get a new bag.
Step 3
3. Stir the mixture for a final time, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight if desired.
Step 4
4. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and top with fruits, nuts or cream if desired. Keep the unused portions covered and refrigerated up to 6 days.
