Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cleaned yellow croaker under running water once and remove the moisture. Before grilling the fish, sprinkle salt on both sides and a little inside to ensure it's well-seasoned. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the salt.
Step 2
After 30 minutes, Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Coat the yellow croaker in flour. Grill slowly over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Once the bottom side turns golden brown, flip it once. Continue grilling for about 5 more minutes on medium heat.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, Enjoy your tasty grilled yellow croaker! Savory grilled yellow croaker is done!
