Instructions
For the Bread
Step 1

Add your dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine
Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine your wet ingredients, whisking to form a homogeneous mixture, adding your warm water last.
Step 3

Make a well in the middle of your dry ingredients and add the wet mixture to your dry mixture kneading using a large wooden spoon, transferring to the counter once it comes together.
Step 4

Knead on the counter just until the flour is used up and place in a well oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth, letting it rest at room temp for an hour.
Step 5

After the dough has rested, lightly knead and separate into 10 equal sized pieces. On an oiled plate, spread the naan to about 1 cm thickness.
To cook
Step 6

To a pre-heated pan, add your bread, flipping only when large bubbles are seen from the top.
Serving
Step 7

Add a teaspoon of your garlic Butter mix on one side of your naan and let rest.
