Step 1
1.) Preheat oven to 350

2.) In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, nut milk, avocado oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla and whisk or beat with a hand mixer until well combined

3.) Stir in the mashed banana

4.) In a small mixing bowl, add the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, and stir gently until just combined

5.) Add the dry ingredients to your wet mixture. Mix until no lumps are remaining.

6.) Pour mixture into cupcake tin (or normal tin)

7.) Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350
