Step 1
Season beef with salt and pepper

Heat pan and melt half of the butter

Add in beef and pan fry the beef till cooked. Remove to a plate and set aside

Add in mushroom and cook till golden

Add in the broth, cream cheese, sout cream, Worcestershire sauce, dijon and paprika and bring to boil

Reduce heat and simmer for few mins.

Add in beef and stir to combine

Season with salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish with chopped parsley
