Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix all the seasonings together for the chicken and Season both side of the chicken cutlets with all the spices
Step 2
2. In a bowl crack 3 eggs and whisk. In another bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

3. Dip the chicken cutlets in the eggs first then the breadcrumbs and place it in a try until all of them are done.

4. Fry the cutlets on medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side
Step 5
5. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box
Step 6
6. For the sauce put a pan on high heat melt the butter and add olive oil
Step 7
7. Add in the onions, bell peppers and garlic and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes
Step 8
8. To the sautéed veggies add the heavy cream, chicken broth and the seasonings give it a good mix and bring it to a boil then add in the Parmesan cheese mix and wait for the sauce to thicken up.
Step 9
9. Toss the pasta into the sauce. Plate the pasta add the chicken cutlets on top, great some fresh Parmesan cheese on top with some fresh basil and enjoy!!
