Creamy Lemon Crispy Chicken

Very yummy and not too heavy. I used a whole lemon-hand squeezed and that wasn't enough lemon for my liking. Next time I'll probably marinate the chicken to get a more fresh lemon taste.

An easy way to spice up a simple grilled chicken. The lemon flavour was a tad too strong for me but I may have added a but too much lemon juice so that’s on me. I should note that the cream curdles at first when you add the lemon juice to it but it fixes itself soon after, it’s just quite scary when it happens 😄
