Step 1
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and give them a little whisk with a fork.
Step 2
Add the seasonings and whisk again
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese and veggies (substitute for whatever you like, you need 2 cups of volume roughly)
Step 4
Use the melted butter to grease a 12 hole muffin pan.
Step 5
Bake at 180c for about 10-12 mins, when the edges start to go brown take them out and peace them to cool
