Step 1
FOR A BIG FAMILY USE 1.5 NORM OF ALL INGREDIENTS!! Dissolve all yeast and 1/4 of all flour in the warm milk, to the consistency of sour cream. Mix in yeast granules with small quantity of milk first to fully dissolve!!! Use big pot where dough will be mixed!!!
Let stand in a warm place. *Take 15 grams of dry yeast instead of 45 g of fresh yeast.

Miss egg yolks with sugar, vanilla, salt, softened butter until smooth white consistency in a separate bowl

Once the dough has doubled in size add egg yolks mixture, egg whites and all remaining flour

The dough should not be too thick but well mixed and should not stick to the bowl or hands. Cover the dough with a cloth and let stand in a warm place. Once the dough has doubled size, add washed and dried raisins, lemon and orange peels, nut. Mix in well, and put the dough into baking forms.
Baking

For thicker dough put 1/2 of baking form volume, for more liquid dough put 1/3. Let it stand and increase more in size, bake for 30 minutes at 355 Fahrenheit.
