Instructions
Step 1
Whisk vinegar, water, sugar, and salt together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until sugar and salt. Are dissolved and removed from heat and cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Place onions and spices into jar and add more vinegar until mixture is covered.
Step 3
Let sit for at least one hour, but best if left in fridge overnight.
