Instructions

Step 1
In a sauce pan, lightly spray with olive / avocado oil spray and dump broccoli bag on to roast for about 8 minutes, tossing occasionally.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, add together coconut aminos, arrowroot starch, ACV, garlic powder and ginger until well combined.
Step 3
Once the broccoli is finished, remove and set aside. Re-spritz the pan with cooking spray and add in the ground beef, breaking apart into smaller pieces. Add salt + pepper to taste and cook until cooked through (roughly 6-7 min), tossing occasionally.
Step 4
When the beef is cooked through, add the broccoli back to the pan, then pour of the sauce and let simmer on low for 3-5 minutes, then enjoy!
Step 5
Pair with jasmine rice (or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option) or on top of roasted sweet potato / butternut squash.
