Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions and put them in a large pot with 1 Tbls of olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Saute onions until slightly soft. In the meantime, chop the pepper and add that to the softened onions with minced garlic.
Step 3
Saute for about 2-3 min, then add the bag of spinach.
Step 4
When spinach is wilted, add tomatos.
Step 5
Add seasoning to taste, then let simmer while you make the pasta
Step 6
Make pasta according to box's instructions.
Step 7
When pasta is ready, drain any water (from the pasta) and add it to your veggie mixture.
Step 8
Toss and serve!
