Instructions
Step 1
To a pan add the olive oil and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the sausage and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the veggies, chicken broth, and seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Stir in the rice and water. Submerge the rice as much as possible. Switch the heat to low, cover, and cook for 7 minutes.
Step 4
Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir until evenly combined.
