1 lbground pork sausage

tail off and deveined
4 cupsrice
cooked
2 cupsbroth
I used better than bouillon chicken
¾ cuponions
chopped
¾ cupbell peppers
chopped
3 Tbspveg oil
divided
1 tspseafood seasoning
¼ cupflour
1 Tbsporegano
3 tspminced garlic
1 tspthyme
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspchili powder
½ tsppepper
more to taste
0.5salt
more to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Season shrimp with seafood seasoning.
Step 2
Over medium high heat add 2 tbsp oil and cook shrimp on each side 2-3 minutes until they make a nice 3 shape. Remove from pan.
Step 3
In a large skillet add 1 tbsp oil and then ground meats. Once the meats begin to brown add in onions, peppers and garlic.
Step 4
As soon as meat is fully browned add in seasonings. Next add in flour, stirring well. Add in broth and simmer 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Add in rice and simmer another 5 minutes or so. Add shrimp back in.
