Step 1
Boil your pasta in some salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
In the meantime, on a shallow plate, mix some egg yolks with olive oil, minced garlic, grated cheese, black pepper and chopped parsley.
Step 3
When the pasta is ready, drain and add it to the plate along with a drizzle of pasta water. Mix everything together and serve. Buon appetito!
