Instructions

Step 1
Chop your smoked sausage to bite sized pieces
Step 2
Add to a pan over medium heat
Step 3
While the sausage cooks, chop your veggies
Step 4
Add oil and veggies to the pan once the sausage is seared

Season to your tastes

Stir and cook for 5 minutes

Add tomato’s
Step 8
Cook pasta according to the box. Drain and add to the pan

Stir and add Alfredo and mozzarella cheese
