Superb Soup- PNW chowder style
I have always thought those recipes online for Yeto's soup were game accurate, but not appealing. I've taken the bare flavours (fish, pumpkin, goat cheese) here and combined them into a cozy PNW chowder vibe.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Add bulter to a pot with diced onion, celery seed, paprika, fennel seed, and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent and everything is fragrant.
Step 2
2. Add diced potatoes, dill, thyme, basil, bay leaf and pumpkin. Add in the chicken broth and increase heat to boil, reduce to simmer, until potatoes are fork tender.
Step 3
3. Add in the goat cheese, chunked smoked salmon, heavy cream, lemon juice and hot sauce to taste. Heat until warmed through. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
