Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill or broiler.
Step 2
Combine sherry, egg white and corn starch in a bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in 2 Tbsp of oil.
Step 3
Place steak in large baking dish
Step 4
Pour egg mixture over steak and coat both sides well with mixture. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Combine remaining oil, soy sauce, green onions, orange peel, ginger, sugar and cayenne pepper. Divide mixture between 2 small bowls. Set one bowl aside.
Step 6
Grill or broil steak over medium heat, turning and brushing with soy sauce mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium or until desired doneness.
Step 7
Remove steak from heat; slice diagonally into 1/2” strips. Top with reserved soy sauce mixture.
