Mike's Immunity Boosted Chicken Noodle Soup

prep time vastly varies depending on whether you make homemade chicken stock or just use store-bought broth. I made mine with rotisserie chicken and used the leftover chicken for the soup. it takes about 4 hours to make the stock and that's a separate project. the soup with the stock takes about half an hour but I'm quite slow at prepping LOL.
