Instructions

Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender, about 10 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the potatoes. Fry until the outsides are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Lower the heat and add garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, honey, and water in a bowl and pour over the potatoes. Simmer until the sauce has thickened and the potatoes are well coated, about 7 minutes.
Step 5
Drizzle with sesame oil, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
