Ingredients

4eggs
large, boiled
1cucumber
large, diced
300 gramscottage cheese
1 cupdill
chopped
½ cupparsley
chopped
5spring onions
chopped
For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs until hard then cool in an ice bath or rinse in cold water . Peel then dice the e eggs and set aside
Step 2

Slice the cucumber in half then use a small
Spoon to scoop out the seeds . Cut
Into lengths then dice the cucumber
Step 3

Add the cucumber diced eggs cottage cheese onions dill and parsley to a bowl then add salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing
Step 4

Add all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl then whisk together add salt and pepper and pour all over the salad . Mix then serve or store in the fridge in a clean airtight container for up to 3 days
