Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil and lime juice.

Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring each fillet is evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Transfer the marinated cod fillets to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
