Instructions

Step 1
Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and cinnamon. Marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Grill or pan-fry the chicken until cooked through. Slice and place in a bowl.
Step 3
Add celery, red onion, Greek yogurt, and parsley to the chicken. Mix well.
Step 4
Serve the chicken shawarma salad over a bed of mixed salad leaves.
