For the peanut sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the noodles then drain and rinse in cold water and add a drizzle of oil to stop them from sticking
Step 2
Chop the veggies into thin slices and arrange on a plate

Step 3
Dip the rice paper in water for a few seconds then on an oiled surface lay out the rice paper and add the fillings to the middle . Fold over the middle then fold in the sides and roll .

Add all the ingredients for the sauce then mix and get dipping
