Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a pot place on medium high once it just starts to boil turn down to lowest heat setting
Step 2
Cook for at least 2 hours (longer the better)
Step 3
Remove the onion and carrot and discard
Step 4
Take a potatoe masher and mash up the tomatoes they should mash fairly easily
Step 5
Adjust spices to taste
