Step 1
Heat pan to a medium heat then add your choice of oil
Step 2
Once hot, add ground beef, garlic, and onions
Step 3
Mix until meat is browned then add wine, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce
Step 4
Once the mixture starts to bubble, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low medium heat for an hour, mixing every so often
Step 5
Boil water and cook noodles according to package
Step 6
Plate noodles and add sauce on top
