Instructions

Step 1
Set a small pot with about two cups of water on the stove to boil. As you wait for it to boil, chop up the two hot dogs into 1/4-inch discs.
Step 2
Once the water is boiling, dump in 1/3 of the box of pasta. Remember that less is more and Do Not put too much pasta in.
Step 3
As the pasta cooks, add a little bit of bacon grease to a small frying pan and pan fry the hot dog discs, be sure to stir the pasta water regularly as you cook the hot dogs
Step 4
After 6 minutes, dump almost all of the pasta water out, leaving about 1/4 cup.
Step 5
Pour in enough milk to cover the bottom of the pan, but don't cover the pasta.
Step 6
Place back on the stove on low. Add the entire packet of cheese powder. Stir until well Incorporated (no clumps) your pasta should be radioactive orange at this point. If it is not radioactive orange, then you've added too much milk or too much pasta.
Step 7
At this point add any seasonings you like. I like to add a ton of paprika and some black pepper as well as Cayenne sometimes.
Step 8
Now it is time to add the cheese. Add a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and/or a Kraft single, just depending on what you have available.
Step 9
Mix the cheese until it is well combined, no clumps of cheese and sauce should be slightly thickened.
Step 10
Add the hotdog pieces and stir until evenly distributed.
