Instructions

Step 1
Boiling water, add pasta, cook as instructed. Drain pasta and add some butter. 4tbsp of salted butter in pan, melt it. Grated onion, crushed garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper added. Stir it before adding flour, stir again. Add worcestershire, stir. Slowly add half and half. When roux starts to simmer, add cream cheese, add 8 oz of american and 8 oz of mild cheddar slowly. After both are stirred fully, add the rest of both of those cheeses, slowly. Once the roux is fully stirred and thickened, add pasta and stir. In oven safe dish, add half of the pasta. Add a layer of mozzarella. Add the other half of the pasta. Crush the cheez its completely, make a layer on top. Sprinkle a little bit more of the cheddar to the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
