Instructions
Step 1
Stir together beef, 3 Tbsp tomato paste, eggs, breadcrumbs, 2 Tbsp mustard, and Worcestershire. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Shape into 6 patties.
Step 2
Cook patties in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, stir together sugar, can of tomato paste, and mustard in a small bowl.
Step 4
Flip patties, and brush with sauce. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, until the insides are no longer pink
Step 5
Set oven to broil. Transfer pan to oven and broil until patties are browned and sauce begins to bubble.
