Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the meat patties. Mix well.
Step 2
Form round meat patties (about 0.5” thick, 3”diameter)
Step 3
Heat oil over medium in skillet.
Step 4
Pan fry meat patties for 3 minutes or till golden.
Step 5
Turn and pan fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
In a bowl, combine ketchup, sweet chili sauce and mustard.
Step 7
Pour 2/3 glaze in pan. Cook for 1- 2 minutes.
Step 8
Coat both sides of meat patties with glaze.
Step 9
Remove from skillet. Optional: drizzle more glaze over meat patties. Enjoy!
