Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic salt, cumin, and chili powder. Stir well to combine.
Step 2
Heat grill to medium-high. Drizzle olive oil on corn and rub to coat. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is bright yellow and slightly charred in places
Step 3
Remove corn from grill and spread mayonnaise mixture on each piece to cover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Step 4
Corn can be cut off the cob and mixed with mayonnaise mixture for corn in a cup presentation.
